HR V2 Turbo Exhaust Manifold Info:
At the hart of the system, the HR V2 Top Mount manifold is Himni Racing's exclusive design. The entire manifold is constructed of solid 304 Stainless Steel, CAD designed & built from the ground up, each one is hand made in house by Himni Racing. Longer runner & large bore tube design maximizes Mid range & Top end HP. A fully divided, (in twin wastegate configuration) equal length & tuned, mandrel bent tubular manifold that optimizes turbo response & efficacy. Fully TIG welded, reinforced bracing, smooth flow hand ported with integrated heat shield that lowers air intake tempers for increased detonation resistance & more HP. 1/2" thick flanges that will not warp. Top mount turbo placement keeps the turbos heat off the intake manifold thus lowering intake temps even more. Available with black ceramic coated upgrade option. Includes mounting studs & premium copper clad nuts as seen in the pictures.

HR V2 SS V-band downpipe:
2 Configurations available. #1 3 Inch diameter OR #2 Extra Large 4 Inch diameter, your choice.
Each Himni Racing V2 downpipe is hand crafted of solid of 304 stainless steel & features V-band mounting flanges, smooth mandrel bent tubing with the very minimal degree of bends for maximum flow. Very strong but lightweight.
-The #1 3" diameter downpipe option flows extremely well & is suitable for most applications. A very good choice that suits the engine & turbo system extremely well.
- The #2 extra large 4" diameter downpipe option is again for the guys who demand the best & want to go all out! Huge 4 inches of flow extracts every last HP from the system with an average of 8-10 HP increase, give or take depending on tune. The increased flow & decreased back pressure allows the HR V2 exhaust manifold to operate at it's peak for the ultimate in turbo response.

Wastegate Info:
2 Configuration options available. #1 Twin Tial 38mm external wastegates OR #2 single Tial 44mm external wastegate, your choice.
- The 44mm configuration works great for most applications & is more cost effective. Boost control is solid & reliable. A beautiful layout that's very effective. An excellent choice.
- The twin 38mm configuration is for the guys who want to go all out! This design keeps the manifold "truly divided" throughout & provides a total of 76mm of boost control. Provides peak boost response for the ultimate in less lag.

HR V2 Thermostat Water Neck info:
Now made of aluminum::: Yet another very cool feature of the Himni Racing V2 line of turbo kits. Made of solid aluminum with smooth flow & polished finish. Integrated feed port allows the stock water hole in the lower intake manifold to be blocked off. (rotor housing water plug included) This keeps the hot water out of the intake manifold & reduces air intake temps. The layout moves the radiator water path closer to the driver side, keeping the heat away from the turbo's air intake & intercooler tubing. Replaces the factory plastic crack prone water neck on the 89-92 (S5) models. And replaces the often heavy pitted aluminum water neck on the 86-88 (S4) models. Fiber reinforced molded rubber hose & clamps included.

HR V2 Air Intake Info:
The HR V2 air intake is made of 6061 T6 lightweight aluminum. Large 4" diameter mandrel bent intake w/ high-flow air filter, clamps & reinforced silicone coupler. Your pick of coupler color: red, blue or black.

FAQ
How difficult is the HR V2 kits to install?
Installation is relatively simple, very straight forward & is installed in about 2-3 hours accounting for removal of the stock parts. All the lines arrive preassembled with their fittings, adapters, etc. already attached. Mounting bolts, nuts & studs are either already installed or slid through their component & tied into their location on the part. No piles of hardware that require detective work. Only basic hand tools are needed for installation.
What are the warranty details?
The exhaust manifold & downpipe are covered for as long as you own it. In the unlikely event that they ever crack or brake we'll repair or replace it for free. Just send us an email & we'll take care of it. The turbo comes with Garrett's 1 year warranty, the wastegate(s) comes with Tial's warranty.
Should I use exhaust wrap?
On the manifold, it's not recommended. Ceramic coating is more effective at reducing heat & is less brutal on the part. On the downpipe, wrap away if you like, though again, ceramic coat is better.

Is the HR V2 kits available with the wastegate plumbed back to the downpipe, rather then open wastegate?
Yes. The kit comes with SS tubes that rout the wastegate dump under the car by default. This is the layout that's preferred by most. But it's also available with the wastegated exhaust rerouted back to the downpipe for no extra cost. Just leave a note during checkout requesting it to be rerouted to the D/P & we'll take care of it.
Can the HR V2 kit be used with the stock top mount intercooler?
Yes, but it's not the best way to go. A air to air FMIC, water to air or even chemical intercooling will allow you to achieve peak performance from the V2 kit.
Do I need to upgrade my fueling?
The stock Turbo II fuel system will only supply enough fuel for about 6 psi, depending on the HR V2 kit you select. Fuel upgrades are recommended for boost levels above 6 psi. The V2 kits flow A LOT more air then the OEM turbo.
What fuel upgrades should I do for boost pressures above 6 psi?
This is a in depth question with lots of different options ranging from mild to all out, depending on how much boost you want to run & what type of budget you have. Very generally speaking, common upgrades include larger fuel injectors & fuel pump, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, piggy back fuel controller or even a stand alone EMS. Are the HR V2 kits used with the stock air control valve (ACV) & air pump?
No. The OE air control valve found on the lower intake manifold needs to be removed & blocked off. The stock air pump & it's belt are also removed. If you need a ACV block off plate, we will include one with your V2 turbo kit order upon request.
