TiAL V38 38mm MVS V-Band External Wastegate

Note:: The water cooling on the Tial MVS is not a mandatory hook up. Only an added available option if you want to use liquid cooling.

The TiAL MV-S (aka V38) external wastegate has the same flow capability as the standard Tial 38mm (F38) wastegate but with V-band inlet & outlet mountng. With it's new compact design, fitment into tight spaces is no longer a issue. The V-band mounting found on the new V38 (And V44/V60) provides maximum positioning possibilities & allows the wastegate to be installed & removed quickly & easily, in needed. It can be rotated 360 degrees to any position that suits your needs. Another advantage is that it does not require the use of gaskets. Just like the rest of the TiAL product line, it comes with their legendary performance & reliability. Your Choice of Polished Silver, Red, Blue, Black or Purple.

Has heavy duty 347 SS alloy used in valve and valve housing. 17-7 PH SS actuator spring and high temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm gives rock solid boost stability. Has superior product life under the most demanding conditions. (Turbo rotary applications 2000F (1093C) exhaust temperatures, etc.)

High temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm rated to 4 Bar
17-7 PH Stainless Steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at high temperature, resists "relaxing" at high temperatures
- Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel is used for the valve seat, valve bushing, and lower housing fastening hardware.
