Made In USA. HR 3.00" GT LIP V-Band flange. Special V-Flange with protruding LIP is for use with Garrett (& other band) turbos that have a recessed groove in the inner diameter of the turbine/ exhaust housing downpipe discharge. (interlocking layout) Also for all Garrett GT25R-GT35R turbos using the Garrett Ni-Resist vBand turbine housing. (outlet side) Made of stainless steel, outstanding quality, precision fit, durable, reliable, prevents warping. Covenant self aligning inner lip/groove on the pipe side insures a smooth transition from flange ID to tube ID. Available in two LIP outer diameter sizes, 78mm & 81mm.

Note:: V-Band sizes are determined by the size of downpipe/ tube side of the flange & not the face/sealing side. Though the tube side often dictates face side sizing, there are variations between the two depending on the flange. Meaning, not all "3.00 v-band flanges" have the same face/sealing side. Use our provided specs to insure proper fitment to your application. V-band flanges are most commonly used to connect an exhaust downpipe to a turbocharger turbine housing discharge/outlet, they are also the ideal choice for turbo compressor cover connection, intercooler/charge tube & exhaust pipe 'butt' connections. Simple 1 nut install & removal, reusable & no gasket required.

Don't be fooled into a cheap, low quietly anything. Even something as simple as a flange or adapter are not all created equal. Side effects of a low quality flange are incorrect fitment, sloppy fit, doesn't fit, leaking, wrapping, stripping, cracking, rusting SS, barbs, rough textured finish, "plastic-ish" metal, difficult to weld, cracking welds, etc. Use an HR flange to insure the very highest of quality.
