It's a complete rotating unit that's made, assembled & fully balanced by Garrett. Ready to go out of the box. Comes with manufactures warranty. Used to replace the "Heart" of your turbo. Simply bolt on your housings & you're ready to go with a brand new fresh turbo.

Housing installation is easily done by the customer & takes about 10-15 minutes to install. It's just a matter of a few bolts. Note picture shows the CHRA with aluminum backing plate already installed. This part is reused from your existing turbo.
