TiAL QRJ Recirculating Blow Off / Bypass Valve BOV
TIAL QRJ BOV is the latest boost control valve is designed with the needs of high performance recirculating systems in mind. The QRJ features a new body design, compact installation envelope, high-flow capacity, and configurable inlet and outlet ports.

(x1)Banjo air fitting with bolt, washers & Viton O-ring
- Select your mounting flange adapter from menu. Options are:
No Flanges
1.00" Hose Mounting flanges (inlet/outlet)
1.50" Hose Mounting flanges (inlet/outlet)
- For use on turbo-charged and super-charged applications (Paxton, Vortec, etc.) The body and all internal components are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. It features a large 1.50 in (38.5mm) valve.
- Optional configurations of Hose and or V-band connections for the inlet and outlet ports.
- Valve seal utilizes a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place to prevent the possibility of sticking to the seat and pulling out. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated, hard anodize-coated for wear resistance.
- comes with our own machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting and bolt, with over sized 10mm hose barb for quick actuator response.
- Color anodized aluminum options (Silver, Red, Blue, Purple, Black).
- Multiple inlet and return port options for many install configurations.
- Internal return spring pressure tuned for fastest response. Custom spring options are available for other configurations.

For use on turbo-charged and super-charged applications (Paxton, Vortec, etc.). The body and all internal components are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. It features a large 1.98 in (50.5mm) valve.
The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp gives a very clean and unique appearance. The clamp is anodized and uses Stainless Steel hardware for a long lasting, corrosion-free appearance.
The valve seal utilizes a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place to prevent the possibility of sticking to the seat and pulling out. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated, hard anodize-coated for wear resistance.
The Blow Off Valve also comes with Tial's own machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting and bolt, with over sized 10mm hose barb for quick actuator response. The actuator has a high temp silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm for long life.
Through countless hours of R&D we were able to make the same size valve flow a staggering 60% more than the original design - that means 60% more air is blown off per cycle! This is the highest flowing BOV on the market.

Uses the same mounting v-band flange as the all the other TiAL BOV's with GReddy & HKS adapter/converter flanges also available (select flange type from menu) Full kit includes everything needed to install & includes air fittings, o-ring, clamp, hardware, etc.

Note: The Greddy & HKS adapter flanges are used to allow the Tial BOV to direct bolt on to an existing Greddy or HKS BOV flange.
