Boost Cut Killer Module, Mazdaspeed6 /Mazdaspeed3/CX7
Boost-Cut Killer module for Mazdaspeed6 /mazdaspeed3/CX7 2.3L Turbo engine. Eliminates the ECU induced "boost-cut" condition when boost on the engine is raised beyond factory stock settings. The module has been designed to bolt on, inline with the factory MAP sensor using the simple hardware provided. No other changes or tweaks are necessary. Works well with both stock turbo with bolt-ons and big upgraded turbo setups.
While we have found that this device works very well with the stock fuel system to retain good air/fuel ratios when boost levels are raised, the factory fuel system does have a limit and can only support so much boost/HP. The peak boost cut limit is almost completely removed with this modification so there will be no safeguard against overboost. You must closely monitor your air/fuel ratio and boost levels upon installation of this device to ensure that you are operating the engine in the safe running zone.

This is a front mount intercooler kit for the Mazdaspeed 3. It's loaded with only the highest quality components, including:
Garrett GT high density bar & plate intercooler (400HP)
Garrett GT high density bar & plate intercooler (600HP Optional Upgrade)
High polished aluminum piping (all mandrel bent)
Multi-layer Fiber reinforced silicone coupler connectors (your choice of color)
Stainless T-bolt clamps
Your Choice of BOV Flange in tubing

No cutting is required for installation. Power gains are huge on both stock turbo and upgraded turbo setups. Drastic drop in intake temperature relieves the engine of constant heatsoaking condition that robs the car of its power. By lowering the peak operating charge temp by over 30 degrees, this intercooler upgrade kit allows the car to operate at full power freely and consistently without holding back when the engine gets warm. The reduction in charge temp also reduces the changes of engine knock. The Garrett GT core also removes a flow-through bottleneck that is inherent in the factory top-mounted intercooler which hinders peak HP. This FMIC upgrade is one of the simplest ways to increase both HP and reliability on the MazdaSpeed3 engine.
**Note: Optional taller 600HP Garrett intercooler upgrade also available for an upcharge, but does require cutting of bumper support area to clear.

Garrett GT2871R Turbo Up-Grade Kit - Mazdaspeed 3
Garrett GT2871R bolt on turbo upgrade kit for the Mazdaspeed3. With this kit, you can now bolt on a up to 400 HP!! Kit includes a Garrett GT2871R turbo with special proprietary exhaust housing and internal wastegate, all ready to bolt up to Mazdaspeed 3 exhaust manifold and downpipe. Direct bolt on using only basic hand tools!
Kit Includes all coolant and oil connections to connect turbo to factory lines. The Turbo is efficient up to 20-21 psi on the MS3 2.3L turbo engine and can produce 450 crank HP The GT2871R is very responsive on the 2.3L turbo engine and is very commonly used for best all around power up to 400 crack HP. Highly recommended for a very broad powerband .
Note, when upgrading turbochargers, supporting mods (fueling, etc) and proper tuning is always recommended. 3" intake pipe and 3" downpipe also available to maximize the turbos output.

The Turbo is efficient up to 26 psi on the MS3 2.3L turbo engine and can produce 500 crank HP The GT3076R is a great spooling turbo and is the benchmark for making 500HP. Spools about 500 RPM's later than the GT3071R on the same 2.3L engine.

Garrett GT35R (GT3082R Turbo Up-Grade Kit for the Mazdaspeed 3 Garrett GT35R bolt on turbo upgrade kit for the Mazdaspeed3. With this kit, you can now bolt on a up to 600 HP!! Kit includes a Garrett GT3582R turbo with special proprietary exhaust housing and internal wastegate, all ready to bolt up to Mazdaspeed3 exhaust manifold and downpipe. Direct bolt on using only basic hand tools!
Kit Includes all coolant and oil connections to connect turbo to factory lines. Turbo is efficient to over 30 psi on the MS3 2.3L turbo engine and can produce between 550 and 600 crank HP on a highly modified engine if you dare to run that much boost. The GT35R is a great spooling turbo capable of this level of HP and there is no substitute for it's power and response. Spools about 700 to 800 RPM's later than the GT3071R on the same 2.3L engine.
