This boost activated exhaust cut-out completely bypasses, on demand, the restrictive exhaust system only when boost is present. As soon as a turbocharger or supercharger spools, the cut-out valve automatically begins to open. By the time the turbo or supercharger makes full boost, the valve is fully open. The exhaust flow dumps out the side of the cut-out valve, relieving all the unwanted exhaust system restriction & back pressure to allow the engine to make it's maximum horse power. As soon as you lift off the gas or drop the boost pressure, the cut-out valve closes again & the pressure flows through the exhaust system as usual.

Totally quiet and stock-like sounding during startup, idle, cruising, stopping, etc.
No delay in valve response, yet very smooth transition into boost/open mode.
Automatic opening & closing, using existing boost source on a turbo engine and does not rely on nuts or electrical motors.
You can integrate a boost controller to control when the valve opens or completely turn it off.
Takes care of virtually all complaints associated with large 3” cat-back exhaust systems.

Note: Very EZ installation... Mounts inline of the exhaust system & can be clamped or welded into place. A vacuum hose runs from a boost reference source (i.e. the turbo or supercharger it's self, a intake manifold nipple, intercooler tubing, etc.) directly to the cut-out valve.

Fits V-band downpipe turbos using the 86-92 HKS Cast / log turbo exhaust manifold or HKS "Style" manifolds for the 86-92 FC RX-7. Not intended for use with any other manifold.

Now you can run a 4.00" downpipe on a turbo made for a 3.00"!! This is the Himni Racing 4.00" 304 stainless steel, mandrel bent, race downpipe for the 86-92 FC3S Mazda RX-7 (13BT rotary engine) It has a 3.00" v-band turbo connection (Inlet) for use with turbos that have a 3" v-band exhaust housing. It then transations to a full 4" diameter pipe. It's designed for perfect fitment with the HKS cast/log type exhaust manifold & works with all types of external wastegates. (HKS, Tial, etc) Each one is crafted of solid of 304 stainless steel & features V-band mounting (turbo side) & your choice of flange on the exhaust side. Your pick of #1 WITH or #2 WITHOUT flex bellow section.
#1: WithOut the SS flex bellow is suitable for most applications. It allows for the smoothest unrestricted flow & lightest weight. A very good choice.
#2: With the SS flex bellow option, it relieves the stress put on the turbo, exhaust manifold, exhaust system, etc. when the engine moves in the bay due to hard launching & normal driving. It "eats" the shock & reduces part stress. Also allows for easier realignment when the downpipe is removed, then reinstalled. The flex bellow option is usually not necessary when using the Himni Racing solid Aluminum or Polyurethane motor mounts, as the mounts stop the engine movement.

Used to fasten exhaust manifold/headers TO the engine. High-heat, premium copper clad, exhaust manifold/header to engine block lock nut. These are the same nuts found in the Himni Racing V2 turbos kits. Top lock design holds strong under the most demanding rotary engine conditions but is not prone to seizing like standard stock steel nuts. They hold strong & remove smoothly. They will keep your housing studs in tack for years to come. Busted, removed, stripped or seized studs & housing threads are no longer an issue. Price is per nut. Minimum order quantity is 4.
