This is the metal snap/retaining ring & rubber O-ring/gasket used mount & seal all HKS SQV/SSQV blow off valves/BOV to the intercooler tubing mounting flange/adapter.Recommended replacment any time the BOV is removed.
Note: Always add a thin coat of oil to any o-ring before installation to promote a solid seal.
